In 2008, John and Gloria Buchan saw their daughter Heather and son-in-law Kevin Dosch were ready to take the reins of the family business. With full confidence, they retired and now enjoy watching Heather and Kevin’s unwavering commitment to the Buchan legacy of doing the right thing in every action and decision they make. This is reflected in the number of clients who have purchased multiple John Buchan homes and say they would accept no other.

Heather Dosch
As a second generation builder, Heather is committed to honoring the legacy of building exceptional homes that her parents John and Gloria Buchan are best known for. She is also blazing her own path in the industry by becoming Bellevue’s custom home builder of choice.
